The fastest way to max an instructor's friendship is to do missions with that instructor as partner in Fu's altered storyline at the Time nest area. For that, you must be at least level 90, have Whis as instructor, and max his friendship. What IS available as a transformation for saiyan cacs is super saiyan blue. Goku and Vegeta both become Super Saiyan 4. But this one is very easy to ult finish anyway. A super saiyan god is the saiyan among super saiyans its in between super saiyan 3 and super saiyan 4 super saiyan god has red hair and red eyes. Don't remember if you need Ult finish or not, though. Just completing the PQ will unlock the character. To obtain this character, you do the PQ where you fight him several times in a row. Super Saiyan God Goku is a fully separate character with his own roster slot in the character select screen. To my understanding, when NPC Goku (and any other NPC) "transforms" in a PQ, it's simply a scripted event that fully swaps the characters, with the event itself serving to mask the loading time required to do said swap.
